10.24.09 - 23rd Annual Bellmore Family Street Festival Common Thread will be making our 2nd appearance at the "largest street festival on Long Island ". Come on out for a great day of food, games, rides and fun and stay for the live music. COMMON THREAD will take the stage at 8pm and rock until 10pm.
11.1.09 - ING NYC Marathon Common Thread will be participating in it's 4th NYC Marathon - that is, playing music not actually running. There are many bands and performers stationed throughout the race course to motivate the actual participants. However, we are one of the only bands that gets a dedicated stage and sound crew - we're just that special. Our stage is located at the half-way point of the race, just before the runners go over the Brooklyn Bridge. There is always a great crowd cheering the runners on. We usually play from about 10AM - 1PM, exact time TBD. Yes, it's early but well worth it. Be a part of New York history and join us for a lot of fun and some great music too!
11.14.09 - Bartini Lounge Common Thread returns to the newly remodeled Bartini Bar. We always look forward to playing here because the patrons and staff are great, and a good time is had by all. Music starts at about 9:30PM and goes until whenever. You never know what special guests may show up when CT plays Bartini Bar. As always, no cover charge.

The stage is located at the corners of Greenpoint & McGuiness in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The G line is the closest subway to the location. This is the halfway point of the marathon. Set your Tivo's there is a good chance we could be on TV especially when the leaders go by early in the AM. We are the sole performers at this location. Last year we had one hour and it wasn't enough for them. This year they want us for all 3 three hours. We will be performing from 10:15 ’Äì 1:15pm.
